The annual fishing derby for children of Stockbridge Sportsmen’s Club members will be held on Saturday, May 10th at the Minkler’s Pond, 3 Old Tree Farm Road (off Rt 183) in Stockbridge. Hours are 9:00 AM until Noon. Please try to arrive a little early, and park on the road above the pond.
Over 100 trout will be stocked in the pond, including some that are large. Provide your own fishing equipment and bait. All kids will receive a prize. Hot dogs and drinks will be available.
We hope to see lots of kids at the derby. Thank you to Tim and Nancy Minkler for hosting the kid’s derby again this year.
